Hello,

I hope and trust you are doing well and enjoying March! I want to encourage you to take the time to refocus your thoughts as we approach Passover, Easter and the Spring season. It’s early this year and I would say a welcomed time of the year for many of us. It is a great time to clean out our homes, set some goals and start getting things done.

Last year this time was a hard time for our family as it was for many. But just prior to the shutdown, I was experiencing a shutdown in my mind. It was the final time of great anxiety and confusion I firmly believe because it happened just prior to my inner healing and deliverance the Lord provided to me in the Spring. So this year, I am especially grateful as I remember all the Lord provided for me last year. I am healed!

What a timely gift, as I now am able to share hope with others who’ve experienced episodes of fear/ anxiety/ depression or grief. If you were alive in 2020, perhaps you may have an idea of what I’m talking about. Over the years, the Lord had worked layered healing in my mind, but when he heals, he is not done until we are totally surrendered to his working in our hearts and minds according to his ways which are higher than ours. It is then, he can deliver the fullness of himself and replace our mourning with his joy. Only the Lord knows the deepest places of our hearts and he desires to not only save our souls but to help us walk in freedom out of our brokenness. Do you desire this too? I finally said yes to his prompting and wrote my story and included a ton of practical steps to help others receive this awesome freedom and peace of mind. If you haven’t read “Good Grief I’m Healed,” I invite you to do so and to share it with others.

My purpose is to pursue a close relationship with Jesus and to be his hands and feet as I love him and the dear ones I come in contact with. I have found one way to love well is to be vulnerable and share my journey and point others to the source of their hope. Hope’s name is Jesus! As I aim to fulfill this purpose, I will strive to be real and authentic with you each month and to share a fresh monthly word from The Word. This month’s article will help you learn to activate your faith shield and force fear to leave your presence! So keep reading and know you are loved by our Father and you have been prayed for by me. If you have a specific prayer request you’d like to me to pray, I’d be honored. Just reply to this email.

HEALED BY THE WORD: A Fresh Monthly Word

From the YouVersion Bible 5-Day Reading Plan Devotional, Day 2:
Paul reminds us to put our full armor on every morning before we take a step, so we will be able to stand throughout the day. The armor is essential to the Army of God.
Think about it. Would you show up to work without your uniform or proper attire on and expect to be allowed to remain? Perhaps, but probably not, especially if you are in a service industry or government position. You would be sent home because you are not properly dressed for the job. You are an ambassador for the company you represent so it is important you suit up and show up ready to go.
So, seriously, how do we do that? Here is a practical way to get your armor on each day: Keep Reading
